Hearing Loss Association of America
HLAA is a national organization for hearing loss including cochlear implants. This is a page they publish about cochlear implants. Be sure to also visit their home page, too.

Northwestern University
Northwestern has a comprehensive evaluation and rehabilitation program for adults who may benefit from cochlear implants.

Ear Institute of Chicago
The Ear Institute of Chicago is an experienced and comprehensive implant center located in Hinsdale, Illinois.

Comer Children's Hospital
This is a full service pediatric cochlear implant program at the University of Chicago. Parental support is also available.

University of Illinois at Chicago - Medical Center
They have a support group for families of children with or considering a cochlear implant. Contact April Hahn 312 996 6520 at the center for more information.

Tiger Speech Technology
Tiger Speech is a software company with tools for rehabilitation, hearing testing and CI simulated sound. Lots of fun. They own Sound and Beyond.

Illinois Deaf & Hard of Hearing
Illinois has a commission dedicated to the deaf and hard of hearing.

Cochlear Implant Awareness Foundation
The Cochlear Implant Awareness Foundation exists to provide information, resources, support, and financial assistance to persons who may be eligible for this life-changing technology.
